Ingredients
- 2 schicken breast halves, shredded and cooked
- 1/2 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- Lemon
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Step 1
