This salad is so easy to throw together. Chicken breast, cucumber, celery, and chickpeas mix with basil pesto for fresh flavors that give you energy.

  • 2 schicken breast halves, shredded and cooked
  • 1/2 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • Lemon
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Step 1
