Honey Balsamic Vinegar Chicken with Peppers 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 - 2 chicken breast halves; pounded thin and cut in half
  • - flour, salt, pepper
  • 2-3 - 2-3 Tbs Butter; olive oil
  • 1 - 1 red pepper
  • 1 - 1 green pepper
  • 1 - 1 yellow pepper
  • 2-3 - 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/3 - 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge chicken in some flour, salt, pepper
Saute in a bit of butter and olive oil until tan on both sides (about 2 minutes per side)
Take out of pan and put aside
Add oil to same pan and saute peppers and garlic
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until slightly soft
Put aside with chicken
In same pan, add 1-2 Tbs butter
When melted, add honey and vinegar, salt and pepper
Return chicken and peppers to pan when sauce has reduced (about 5 minutes)
