Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t salt
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 6 cups fresh corn kernel *** can sub 6 cups frozen whole kernel or canned shoe peg corn for fresh

Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients
Beat eggs with a fork in a large bowl; stir in whipping cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture, stirring until smooth. Stir in corn. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until deep golden and set. Let stand 5 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
