Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or, if time allows, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the flavors can marry.
Tip: Make up to one day ahead to intensify the flavor.
