Lemon Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbs Half and Half
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 1/2 C Finely Crushed Lemon Drops
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, cream and zest. Combine flour, lemon drops, baking powder and salt. Add gradually to we mixture.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
