Quiche (Favorite)

Ingredients

  • Pastry Shell, unbaked
  • 3/4 lb sausage or hamburger
  • 1/2 C Onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 C (6 oz) Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs (I use 4)
  • 1 Tbs Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 C light Cream or evaporated Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry shell; bake 7 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350.

Brown meat and drain. Reserve fat to brown onions in. Stir in meat and pour into pastry. Sprinkle with Cheese. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over cheese.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cook 5-10 minutes to set.
