Charred Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

  • Fruit - plums, nectarines, peaches, watermelon, pineapple
  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
  • 3 cups thick greek yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Medium heat

Sprinkle fruit with sugar and cook on oiled grill, carefully carmelizing sugar without burning it too much

Divide greek yogurt into six bowls, then top with fruit
