Ingredients

• 2 cps flour
• 1 cp chopped pecans
• 1 cp butter melted
• Mix together and spread in 9X13 pan. Bake 25 mins @ 350
• 1 1/4 cps heavy cream
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cp powdered sugar
• Blend together and spread on cooled crust-cover and chill
• 2-2 3/4 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
• 2 1/2 cps milk
• 2/3 cp sugar
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Combine and spread over cream cheeselayer
• or Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan-gradually add milk. Cook over med heat until thickens and boils stirring constantly. Boil 1 min. Add 1/2 of mixture to eggs then add to saucepan. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Let cool
• 1 banana sliced thinly
• Arrange over pudding-cover and chill
• 1 cp heavy cream whipped
• 1/2 cp toasted pecans-chopped
• 1/2 cp toasted flaked coconut
• Fold together and spread over bananas Chill thoroughly
