Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaca
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- handful mint leaves
- 1-3 teaspoons cane sugar depending on sweetness preference
- seltzer
- ice

Instructions
Muddle the pineapple, mint and sugar together in a cocktail shaker.
Add the cachaca and ice to the shaker, shake and pour into a glass.
Top with seltzer and garnish with more mint.
