Ingredients
- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix, prepared as directed
- 1 (16oz.)tub of Cream Cheese Icing
- 1 pound Almond Bark (white or chocolate)
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed on pkg. Cool completely. Crumble into a large bowl and mix in the icing (may be better with fingers).
Form into ping pong size balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Melt bark and dip balls in to cover. Place on wax paper to dry.
Can use any cake mix with this.
