Ingredients
- Tocino (lard)
- Ham, salami, etc
- 1 can pigeon peas
- sazon (6 packages for 4 lbs)
- Adobo
- garlic
- water
- 1/4 cup oil
- Green banana
- Green olives w/ pimientos

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients.
Cover and let boil.
Add rice.
Add water so rests 1/2 " above rice level
Add green olives (w/ pimientos)
grate in green banana
