Ingredients

  • Yorkshire Pudding:
  • 1 1 1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Burgundy wine
  • 1 1 1 pound filet mignon, cubed
  • 1 1 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1-2 1-2 1-2 carrots, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 medium yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound small fresh mushrooms, washed, leave stems on
  • to Seasoned Salt, to taste
  • to Seasoned Pepper, to taste
  • 1 1 1 recipe Yorkshire Pudding (below)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Brown Gravy Mix, water and wine; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. Sauté vegetables in butter, season to taste. Set aside and keep warm. Sauté filet pieces in butter; season to taste. Place 1/4 of the filet pieces in each Yorkshire shell. Cover with 1/4 of the vegetables and spoon Brown Gravy over all.
