Pork Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 (16 oz) large cans sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork in skillet and set aside. Spread 1/2 of sauerkraut in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with one onion. Place pork on top. Layer onions and sauerkraut in top of pork. Pour water over all, cover and bake 4 hours in a 325 degree oven.
