  • 1 CONTAINER (16 OZ) SOUR CREAM (I
  • USE LIGHT)
  • 1 PACKAGE (1.25 OZ) TACO SEASONING
  • 2 CUPS (8 OZ) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 TOMATO, CHOPPED (1 CUP)
  • 1/2 CUP SLICED GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 CUP GUACAMOLE
  • 1/2 CUP SLICED BLACK OLIVES
  • TORTILLA CHIPS

Preparation

Step 1

SPREAD REFRIED BEANS IN A SHALLOW SERVING DISH.
MIX SOUR CREAM WITH TACO SEASONING AND SPREAD OVER BEANS.
TOP WITH CHEESE, TOMATO, ONIONS, DOLLOPS OF GUACAMOLE AND OLIVES. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.
NOTE:
REDUCE CALORIES BY USING LIGHT SOUR CREAM; REDUCED FAT CHEESE AND SERVE WITH BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS.
