Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted

Step 1
Sift flour and salt together. Combiine eggs with milk and butter. Blend into dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Pour into 6 well greased 6 oz. custard cups, or use a spray.
Place on a cookie sheet in a cold oven. Set oven temp. to 425@ and bake 30 min. Lower temp. to 350 and bake 20- 25 min, or until puffed and browned. Insert sharp knife into each popover to let steam escape. Serve hot.
May be cooled, frozen, and reheated in preheated oven 5-10 min.
