  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil. If solid microwave 1015 secs.
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup grade B
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F
Mix oats, flour, cranberries, almonds, and hemp seed. Ina small bowl, whisk coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry. and stir,
Spread mixture evenly on a sided baking sheet lined with parchment. bake 30 minutes until edges are golden. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Break into smaller pieces. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Serve as a breakfast food, snack, or topping for ice cream or yogurt.
