Mom's Easy Brisket

Ingredients

  • brisket
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 jar homemade chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onion soup and sauce in bowl. Cut large piece of heavy duty tin foil and put in Pyrex. Lay brisket in center. Make a tent with foil. Seal well.
325 oven, 3 1/2 hours. Do not open tin foil while baking
Open foil. Spoon gravy into pot. Cool and put in fridge.
Slice. Heat in gravy on low fire or heat in oven 325 1/2 hour.
