    C Flour

  • 2/3

    C Cocoa Powder

  • 1 1/4

    tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4

    tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 2/3

    C Sugar

  • 3

    Eggs

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

  • 1

    C Mayonnaise

  • 1 1/3

    C Water

  • Frosting:

  • 1

    Stick Butter, Softened

  • 1

    C Peanut Butter

  • 3

    Tbs Milk (or more as needed)

  • 2

    C Powdered Sugar

  • Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Rough Chopped

Directions

Cake: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Mix Flour and Cocoa and set aside. Combine the Soda, Powder, sugar, then add the eggs, vanilla, mayo and water. Slowly add the flour/cocoa mixture. Bake in a 9 by 13 pan for 30 minutes. Cool Frosting: Cream butter and peanut butter, mix in sugar gradually. Use milk to thin. Spread on cake. Top with Rough Chopped Reese Cups.
