Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 C Flour
- 2/3 C Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 2/3 C Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 C Water
- 1 Stick Butter, Softened
- 1 C Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbs Milk (or more as needed)
- 2 C Powdered Sugar
- Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Rough Chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cake: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Mix Flour and Cocoa and set aside. Combine the Soda, Powder, sugar, then add the eggs, vanilla, mayo and water. Slowly add the flour/cocoa mixture. Bake in a 9 by 13 pan for 30 minutes. Cool
Frosting:
Cream butter and peanut butter, mix in sugar gradually. Use milk to thin. Spread on cake. Top with Rough Chopped Reese Cups.
