Ingredients
- 1 BOX OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX (PREPARED)
- 1 PACKAGE (4 SERVING) VANILLA INSTANT
- PUDDING & PIE FILLING (SUGAR FREE)
- 1 CUP THAWED COOL WHIPPED TOPPING
- (LIGHT, FAT, FREE OR SUGAR FREE)
- 1 CAN (20 OZ) DOLE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN
- JUICE, UNDRAINED
Preparation
Step 1
MIX DRY PUDDING MIX AND PINEAPPLE IN MEDIUM BOWL. GENTLY STIR IN WHIPPED TOPPING.
CUT CAKE HORIZONTALLY INTO 3 LAYERS. PLACE BOTTOM CAKE LAYER ON SERVING PLATE. TOP WITH 1/3 OF THE PUDDING MIXTURE. REPEAT LAYERS 2 TIMES.
REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR. TOP WITH STRAWBERRIES JUST BEFORE SERVING.
STORE LEFTOVERS IN REFRIGERATOR.
