Tamale Pie with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 package (1 1/4 ounce) chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (11 to 16 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 to 16 ounces) tomatoes, cut up
- 1 cups shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown turkey and drain well.
2. In bowl, mix cornmeal, milk and egg. 3. Add drained meat, dry chili mix, tomatoes and corn. Stir.
4. Pour into 3 1/2-quart or larger slow cooker.
5. Cover and cook 1 hour on high, then turn to low and cook 3 hours on low.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
