Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and add milk
Mix flour, salt and sugar, then add gradually to egg,/milk mixture. Stir batter well.
Heat pan slowly. Brush with butter, let butter melt.
Put approximately 1½ Tbsp in each cutout, bake a few minutes, turn over, bake on other side until lightly browned
Sever with jam
