Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Oven Temperature: 350
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in water with salt over medium low heat 10 minutes. Drain. In a 2 qt. casserole, stir in soup, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add cauliflower. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes. Amount: 6-8 servings.
