Ingredients
- 24 ounces chocolate morsels
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Place chocolate and cream in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until combined and thickened, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Increase heat to medium low and cook 3 minutes more. Remove from heat, add corn syrup. Transfer to metal bowl. Refrigerate until ready to spread. Check every 15 minutes until cool enough.
