Hot Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light cream or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cocoa. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and butter melts. Add cocoa. Boil briskly for 2 - 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
