Ingredients
- 2 lbs. southern hash browns
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- green onions to taste
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- cheese
- cooked bacon, crumbled

Step 1
Boil hash browns in chicken broth with green onions until done. Add cream of chicken soup. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve with cheese and bacon on top.
