Fresh strawberries
Melted white chocolate
Blue sparkling decorator sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and dry strawberries. Melt white chocolate per package directions.

Dip bottom two thirds of strawberries are dipped in melted white chocolate then the bottom third in the blue sugar. Place on waxed paper to harden.

When set, serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
