Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/3 cup onions, minced
- 3 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 3 oz. packages mushroom slices, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 16 oz. package lasagna noodles
- 2 8 oz. packages cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 16. oz package cottage cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan med heat, put in oil. Cook onions 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, salt, oregano, basil and 1 cup water. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pre-heat oven to 375. Cook lasagna noodles, drain

2. Noodles
3. Cottage and regular cheese
4. Sauce...etc
End with noodles and sauce on top, cover with tin foil. Last 5 minutes put slices of cheese on top and uncover
