Ingredients
- 1/2 c reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c chili sauce
- 1/4 c honey
- 2 T EVOO
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 2 t curry powder
- 2 lbs boneless pork, cut into 1 in. cubes
- 3 med onions, cut into 1 in. wedges

Step 1
In small bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Remove half for basting; cover & refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into Lg resealable plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag & turn to coat. Cover & refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Drain & discard marinade. On 6 metal or soaked wooden skewers alternately thread pork & onions.
Grill uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes; turn. Baste with reserved marinade. Continue turning & basting for 10-15 minutes until meat is tender.
