Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork roast
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 2 hours.
