  • 2-3 Cups Chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Cups Fresh Bread Crumbs

Step 1

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs; mix well. Pour in casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the eggs puff up and brown slightly. Serves 10-12.
