Ingredients
- 3.5 to 4 lb pork shoulder
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Step 1
Cook roast for 2 2.5 hours. pull pork. cover with sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
