Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 5-oz. package yellow rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
- 1 14.5-oz. can Mexican-styel diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 28 egg roll wrapers
- 2 cans Mexican-style diced tomatoes
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. cilantro leaves
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Cool. Fry sausage. Combine rice, sausage, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and seasoning mix. Spoon about 1/3 c. mixture in center of each egg roll wraper. Frie.
Sauce: Process ingredeints in a food processor until smooth.
