Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Cachaca
- 1 1/2 cup lemon sorbet
- 1 fresh mint leaf, garnish

Step 1
Add lemon sorbet to a tall chilled fluted glass and pour in Cachaca and Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint.
