Chinese Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Step 1
1. Add flour, salt and pepper to a medium ziploc bag. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated.
2. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice and corn starch until lumps are gone. Add remaining ingredients and turn stove to medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon - about 5 minutes.
3. Heat oil over medium-high in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes until browned on one side; flip and cook another 3 minutes or until cooked through. turn heat down to low and add enough sauce to suit tastes. Serve over rice or whole wheat noodles.
