Peanut Butter Pie

Variation:

Replace 1 lb jar PB with 8 oz. jar macadamia nut butter and 8 oz. Nutella. Split the remaining ingredients in half and halve the powdered sugar. Make a macadamia filling (with the sugar) and a Nutella filling (with no sugar). Pour the macadamia nut filling in first and top with the Nutella filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese (2x 8 oz. packages)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lb. jar natural peanut butter (~ 1.5 c.)
  • 2 chocolate pie crusts
  • 2 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Thoroughly mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and condensed milk + 1/2 c. whipping cream.

Stir in peanut butter.

Whip the remaining cream.

Fold the whipped cream into the PB mixture.

Pour into crusts.

Freeze for a couple of hours.
