Thai Noodle Salad (Kelly's)

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic (or more)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 corn oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy

Preparation
Step 1
Heat above ingredients until combined
1 lb angel hair pasta
Cook pasta and drain. Pour above mixture over noodles and toss to combine. Place in refrigerator until pasta turns brown and absorbs sauce (approx. 3 hours) Toss a few times while absorbing sauce
Bring to room temperature to serve and add the following:
½ cup cilantro or a LOT
¾ cup chopped peanuts or more
½ cup scallions or more
2 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
