Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract teaspoon
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 beaten
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 (3-ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped (such as Ghiradelli)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl.
4. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add
flour and dark chocolate to cocoa mixture, stirring just until blended.
Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire
rack.
