Mocha-Dark Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract teaspoon
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 beaten
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 (3-ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped (such as Ghiradelli)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.

3. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl.

4. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add
flour and dark chocolate to cocoa mixture, stirring just until blended.
Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire
rack.
