Ingredients

  • 10 graham crackers (crushed to fine crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces (1 small tub) whip topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in small bowl and mix with a fork until well combined (all crumbs should be moist).
Transfer to pie plate & press into a thin, even layer across the bottom and up the sides. Place in freezer while you assemble filling.
To prepare filling, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and whipped topping in mixer bowl and beat until well combined.
Transfer filling to prepared crust and smooth top. Sprinkle with salted peanuts, if desired.
