Ingredients
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 c applesauce
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds
- 2 TBS ground flaxseed or wheat germ
- 1/2 c golden raisins
- 1/4 c pitted dates, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl put in slow cooker. Set slow cooker on high for 2 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
