Slow Cooker Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c applesauce
  • 1/4 c canola oil
  • 1/4 c peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 c rolled oats
  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds
  • 2 TBS ground flaxseed or wheat germ
  • 1/2 c golden raisins
  • 1/4 c pitted dates, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl put in slow cooker. Set slow cooker on high for 2 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
