Walnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 3/4 C butter at room temp
- 1 C sugar
- 2 lg eggs
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 t vanilla
- Sugar-Nut Filling (1 1/2 Cups)
- 1/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1 C chopped walnuts
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground nutmeg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a lg bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
In a med bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to butter-sugar mixture, alternating with sour cream, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in vanilla.
Pour half the batter into a lightly sprayed or oiled 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle half the filling mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over fillin and sprinkle with remaining filling mixture.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on a rack and cut into squared to serve. You can use a bundt pan.
