Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 3 Tbsp cream
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Turn oven to 350
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add melted butter, vanilla, vinegar and warm water. Mix thoroughly. Pour into ungreased 8x8x2 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
Icing:
Mix butter, cream, coconut, brown sugar and nuts together. Spread over top of warm cake. Place about 3 inches under broiler until mixture browns.
