Parmesan Aioi

To drizzle on shrimp cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • I clove minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste (about 14 teaspoon)
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and 1 tablespoon of water. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.

I put the aioli in a squeeze bottle to put on the shrimp cakes.
