Ingredients
- Oven Temperature: 350
- 4 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 6 oz can mushrooms, undrained
- 1 12 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup dry white wine ( sub chicken broth)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours. Good served over rice.
