Ingredients

- 1 chicken - (3 to 4 lbs)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley to taste
- 1 Small- diced celery to taste
- Water to cover
- 3 potatoes - (to 4)
- 2 cups flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons water - (to 3 tbspns)

Step 1
Cook chicken, seasonings and celery in water until almost tender. Add potatoes and cook until soft.
Mix dough ingredients to form a ball. Roll thin, and cut into 2-inch squares. Drop into boiling broth and cook for 15 minutes.
