  • DOUGH:
  • 1 chicken - (3 to 4 lbs)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley to taste
  • 1 Small- diced celery to taste
  • Water to cover
  • 3 potatoes - (to 4)
  • 2 cups flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water - (to 3 tbspns)

Step 1

Cook chicken, seasonings and celery in water until almost tender. Add potatoes and cook until soft.

Mix dough ingredients to form a ball. Roll thin, and cut into 2-inch squares. Drop into boiling broth and cook for 15 minutes.
