Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1 Tbls cocoa
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat butter and sugar. (can melt butter. just means mixture must be chilled before rolling)
2. Add egg and essence.
3. Fold in flour, cocoa and choc chips.
4. Roll mixture into balls and place on trays.
5. Squash down balls with fingers or a fork. (other utensils can be used to create a pattern)
6. Cook for approx 15 mins (do not overcook!!)
