ROASTED SHALLOT DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 6 shallots cut in 1/2-skins left on
  • 1 garlic clove-cut in 1/2
  • 2 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • s&p to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap shallots in foil-bake @ 400x 30 min.
When shallots are cool enough to handle, remove skin.
Place first 4 ingredients in blender & blend.
With blender going, add oil and s&p.
