  • Butter for greasing pan
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 t vinnilla extract
  • 1 lb bittersweet(60%cocoa)chocolate chips(ghiradelli recommended). Can use a lb of semisweet chocolate chips.
  • 3 T unsalted butter, @ room temp cut into 1/2in pieces
