Ingredients
- 3 C cooked white rice
- 1 t. Sesame oil
- 1 C frozen peas & carrots, thawed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 t minced garlic
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 C soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
On med/high heat, heat oil in lg. skillet. Add the peas & carrots, onion & garlic.
Stir fry til tender. Lower heat to med/low & push the mixture to one side of pan. Pour eggs in other side of pan & scramble. Now add the rice & soy sauce & blend all roger well.
Stir fry til heated through.
Can add shrimp or chicken, stir fried in soy sauce/ sesame oil
