Ingredients
- 1/2 TBS sesame oil
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 c frozen peas and diced carrots
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c of 1/2" cubed cooked ham
- 4 c cooked rice
- 2 TBS soy sauce or more to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a stir fry pan over medium heat. Peel and mince or grate garlic. Add and cook until tender.
2. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook until they are warm.
3. In a seaparate small bowl, whisk three eggs. Add the eggs to vegetable mixture in the pan. Stir to scramble the eggs into small chunks. Add the ham.
4. Cook your rice on the stovetop. Add the rice and soy sauce; stir until mixed evenly. Serve Hot.
