Pork Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Place two layers of potatoes in bottom of a greased casserole dish. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chops. Bake covered 350 degrees for 1 hour; uncovered 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
